1 - Each camp now has a link to its registration page. Please review your camps and their information. If they need changes, please message Leticia.
2- The illness refund policy changed. Vibe no longer refunds 100% due to illness. Now “We’ll credit. 50% of class”
Invoices: The invoice email is now closed (2/14). Please send invoices to music@vibepdx.org and laura@vibepdx.org. If you have not received acknowledgment for an invoice submission within 24 hours, please resend it or check back.

Welcome email and camp planner
Welcome Email:
48 hours before the start of your camp, send a welcome email to the primary contacts of the kids booked. Feel free to make it your own. Here are a few examples from some of our teachers.

Please use this Googe Sheet to plan your camp or share activities. The idea is to build a project library that will make camp prep easier for everyone. Thank you!
Photo and Video
Photo and Video Guidelines:
Not all kids have parental permission to appear in photos. Please check on Sawyer for that (showing their back, hands, and legs is okay).
Be polite and ask permission (to photograph their art as well).
Never show their face on your social media accounts.
Vertical videos are great for our social media, especially process videos.
Please share your favorite photos and videos with Vibe:
Photos and videos help with funding and social media. You can text Kevin on Slack or upload them to our Google Drive. Please make a folder for them with the camp's name. It helps keep things organized.
